Development of a bioinformatics web tool that shows conservational profile of amino acid composition in extremophilic prokaryotes.
The data used by the software are got by a pipeline written in Perl. The tool himself was developped using HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and a database in SQL.
This project was on the direction of Mr. Sanchez Perez Gabino.
